Not sure if this is the right section.. But has anyone every been short changed by the reseller xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I bought a one year subscription to Ixxxxxxxxxx and my account info showed it being good for the one year(2018), and then i recently checked my account status and the subscription has been changed to ending in Mar 2017.. I have emailed them and getting no feedback or fix to the issue.

if you paid with card, do a charge back. If you paid with other means, try a refund thru what ever means was used.
If paypal, do not tell them what the purchase was for, just that goods are not as advertised and not received.

Or ride it out till March and then purchase from original source or from a reseller you trust.

I am not sure how many times we has stressed he to always buy your stuff directly and not from a reseller unless you really know the person.
