IPTV66 Renewed route and payment portal acknowledged success but...

Guys,

Today I renewed my route account # but the route portal checker is still showing remaining days 0. The payment went through the payment exchange as successful but I didn't receive the payment acknowledgement email I usually get from IPTV66.COM. I checked my bank and funds were charged. Has anyone else run into this lately?
