IPTV66 Renewal Problems

IPTV66 Help here!
I've paid for a renewal and it's been almost 48 hours now and I'm not getting my routing code or my donation number, what can I do to get help with this? Emailing hasn't gotten me a response.

When you do a renewal on IKS66 the payment form asks you for the email addy and the route number you are renewing. They will then add the time to your existing route, without sending you a new route. I can vouch for this as I recently renewed for 3 months and when I checked my existing route it had 90+ days added to it.

I see a common problem is that peeps do not hit the renewal button, they hit the purchase button instead, which can cause problems and needs to be sorted out by emails or through the services of the Mods here. So go check your old route and see if it has been updated.
 
you do get a email with a new order number, and confirmation though.

I don't wanna pay twice, it's no longer they can the $12 off my bank account now I just extra 30 days on this on that ended ora brand new informational with new login/mac

Checked all emails, nothing there. Waiting this long should get me at least an extra 5 days seriously

Crazed 2.0 will be online sometime today or early tomorrow. He'll get things straightened out. I wouldn't ask for extra days unless the days have been diminished. Technically, the click doesn't start ticking until the confirmation email has been sent. Crazed will get to the bottom of it, though.
 
same here renewed 3 routes and haven't received order # or routes.Money has been deducted from cc.Heard from support at 66 today that their having problems with domain and to be patient.just checked route checker and its now working but no routes sent to me yet.

I don't want extra days, Crazed has been in touch and said he handed it off to the administrators.

I just want the service I paid for at this point.
 
I just renewed and it went through very quickly. I got my route confirmation e-mail within 2 minutes and the route checker shows all extended OK. I suggest you try again now as the server appears to have been fixed :)
