Rocket Renew not working! =(

The captcha on the renew page is showing an error, which isn't allowing me to renew my service.

did you let the captcha fully load before proceeding ?

That's the problem. It doesn't load at all. It says "ERROR for site owner: Invalid site key"

I'm sure they want us to renew our subscriptions. I wonder what's the hold up.

Hi all...I too are having a problem with renewal...I had tried to renew on Feb 11th and did not receive new code. I thought that maybe it just did not go thru, so I tried to renew today again, still nothing. I did call my bank to check my Visa Card Account...I have been charged for two transactions, but still no code???

I have purchase a donation on 8th Feb for a rocket and to date have not received my code , can someone say what is going on the.My card was charged. still no code to date.
