Remote Key Table

Noticed a thread on the Formuler support forum where they also posted the z7+ remote codes. Even though the remotes are different between these boxes, the remote codes seem to match up, so in theory you could use either remote with either box.

Code:

On a separate topic, the poster mentions an idea to add PowerOn and PowerOff codes for universal remotes. As a Dreamlink T2 owner with a Harmony remote, this would be a great addition! Captainkangaroo, do you think this is something the Dreamlink team would look into?

While we are crossing our fingers and hoping Dreamlink / Formuler will make this change in the next update, I have went ahead and got Harmony to add new device profiles for both the Dreamlink T2 and Formuler z7+ boxes (thanks to a similar thread on formuler-support.tv). So, starting as of 2 days ago, when you go to add either of these devices thru your Harmony app, you will no longer have to choose the previous models (Dreamlink T1 and Formuler z+). Also, while the profiles that Harmony just rolled out work perfectly fine, I asked for a slight revision in order to normalize some of the button names to match the Harmony setup better, as well as consolidating the buttons between both devices, as the keycodes are interchangeable across both devices. Anyways, here's the final request that will be implemented by the Harmony team in the next day or so...

Code:

@Captainkangaroo / Dreamlink team, what do you think the feasibility is of accommodating the PowerOn / PowerOff keycodes request? Is this something that we can get in a future update? Once we have it implemented and know the codes for PowerOn and PowerOff, we can ask for one additional update to these profiles from the Harmony team.

Thanks all!
