I have 2 VIXO 2 Boxes and 2 separate Rockets installed in them. On one of the boxes I reset my username & password and am up and running. On the other one every time I ry to Connect I receive dialog box that says -
System Error. Your box is blocked by the server. Please contact the provider.
I am given the option to click OK or Cancel.
It would be much appreciated if someone could please help me figure out what is going on and how to correct the problem?
