I have my donation confirmation,however when I go to https:/papiao.is/main/search_nfps and input the captcha and my donation number, I cannot get "Change IPTV MAC Address" I have never received an email from papiao. I have checked my spam folder and it is empty. What am I doing wrong or what else do I need to do?
