yes i do
Hey all, first post.. been lurking on here for a month or two. In short, running a Pi2 with kodi 15 and pvr stalker 0.80. I have donated. When trying to set up iptv with epg, channels never load. My mac is :79 and server is 11.iptvprivateserver.tv. I have the timeout set to 60 currently. Also tried 75. The video add-on works flawlessly. Oddly enough, it always times out loading channels within 3 seconds. I've followed the disable, clear, restart, enable countless times as well. Of note: I can't seem to find pvr stalker 0.83 for linux-arm... I've only found 0.83 for android-arm, which doesn't enable on my setup. Any ideas?

The 0.8.3 isn't available as an official stand-alone, its available in the standard Kodi 15 build. I'm not a raspberry user, so you'll have to get help from someone else on getting the final version installed.

One thing you can try is to change your mac to "78", and relink on your donation. The epg is in flux due to a source issue, but that doesn't affect the channel load.

Okay. Thanks for the quick reply. So 0.80 should work? My kodi install didn't have any pvr plug-ins by default... also, I did try mac of :78 to no avail. Hopefully someone here has experienced this on a pi as well. Fingers-crossed!

Managed to get it to work with Simple Client instead of Stalker Client. Displays channels and guide info, but will not play any channels at all. It is basically set up the way I had it (working) before it went paid. Here is the error from the log:

Finally got it working. I ended up restoring an image of my Pi from back when I had the free TV working with a guide (Kodi 14.2 and Simple Client). All I had to do was add my paid MAC to the video add-on and it worked immediately.

Not sure why it didn't work on a clean install of Kodi15... but beware, Raspbian users! Working for me on Kodi 14.2! :-D

Hi frosty.

I set up my raspberry pi today. Still trying to figure a couple of things out, but maybe we can do it together.

Which distribution did you use? I am using the latest Openelec beta, which includes Kodi 15RL1 and the pvr stalker addon 0.8.3 preinstalled. It did not work. Maybe because I am still using a 79 MAC.

Running the stalker video addon and iptv simple client works great. Everything loads very quickly except for the channel logos. Those I still have to figure out. That is the mini project for tomorrow

I never got the stalker pvr client to work on kodi15 running on my Pi (raspbian wheezy), only got the guide to display on simple client, but would not play any of the channels. It's working now on Kodi 14.2 and Simple Client. And I'm happy to stay this way. Don't know about logos. Didn't really try messing with that. I do have the mac set as :78 though. But if it's displaying for you in Simple Client, I would guess :79 is okay.
