So by testing, does that mean it's a done deal that this feature will be made available in a future update? Only reason I'm asking is that I need to buy 2 more boxes and debating on getting one that supports PVR functionality.

It is a done deal

I am just not sure how the release is going to work. That is up to BuzzTv themselves.
