Go to Donation Checker for your service
https://iks66.tv/main/search/
Once logged in, you'll see the place for your MAC. You create your own MAC, but it must begin with 00:1A:78
Flesh out the remaining characters XX from the alphanumerics 0-9, and A-F: 00:1A:78:XX:XX:XX
If the Donation Checker is happy, it will respond "successfull." If someone is using the MAC you entered, the system will respond, "MAC in use." Just tweak the last 6 characters until the system reports "success."

I would disable PVR Stalker client and shut down Kodi. Open the Donation Checker. Once the updater indicates that your MAC entry has been successful, issue an IPTV Reset. Start up Kodi, do not enable PVR Stalker client yet. Configure PVR Stalker client, meticulously, according to the directions in the sticky at the top of this subforum (and repeated below). You'll be adding your new MAC, the one accepted by the Donation Checker. Finally, enable PVR Stalker client and it should load the channels and EPG.

That sounds more like an error thrown by IPTV Stalker Plus video add-on than by PVR Stalker client? If it is IPTV Stalker video add-on, you'll need to disable it, set defaults in it and then reconfigure it. Setting default is the key. You'll need to wait until you have access to the Donation Checker because you'll need to do an IPTV Reset after configuring IPTV Stalker Plus but before enabling it. You need to make sure PVR Stalker is disabled, too. You can't have both enabled.
EPG = Electronic Program Guide
There's no way around the 24 hour lockout.

It sounds like you're configuring PVR Stalker client now, as IPTV Stalker Plus shouldn't be throwing that error?
Was the MAC address you entered previously successfully accepted?
You're most likely using a Kodi 16 version, correct? If so, the proper URL for configuration would be
Code:http://mw1.iptv66.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html
it didn't say success it just returned all info I should be using and had button to reset IPTV which I did and that was successfully updated
now I get IPTV STALKER RIP HTTP error 404 not found
do iptv reset then try see if that helps
It now sounds like you are back to configuring IPTV Stalker Plus? I would configure PVR Stalker client. Work with it until it succeeds. This way, we are back and forth and never get anything hammered down.
Check to make sure the MAC address is correct in the Donation Checker. If you changed the MAC address and then did an IPTV Reset at the same time, there is a chance the MAC wasn't saved.
The IPTV Stalker Plus error is most likely due to not setting defaults at the beginning. There is remnant data causing issues.
