Portal temporarily unavailable

I just started getting this message.It says please try again later,sorry for your inconvenience.At the bottom is says reload portal,account info and payment.Is this a test from the server?After awhile after not connecting the box would go to portal but at this time box froze and had to reboot.Now got message again and will not load.I did not see any info posted on this or over looked it.

Try unplugging your router for a few second and also the unit and try again.
What url are you using for the server?

it could be down for a few mins they are working on server still or do what ipguy said

Back up now but after unplugging power on box and some how after reconnecting power the box went to PAL mode and had to switch to ntsc.

I have seen this off and on for awhile now. I never do anything. Just wait and try later and it always comes back. I chalk it up to the gang doing work to the servers. After all they are still working on things. One thing I did notice was after things go down like that, something happens. This last time I noticed more of the guide was filled out. Sometimes in order to add realtime data server must be offline to do the necsessary upgrades.

I never take power of on my boxes so do not have to load portal unless there was a power outage or server was completely down like a few days ago, hardly any internet used when left in channel catorgories, weather and time is about it.

We had bad storms here so thats one factor
