Pork Chops & Portobello Mushrooms on da bbq

fire up the bbq at low temp, close the lid and let it heat up.
get portobello mushroom tops, butter them with philadelphia cream cheese inside the cap/ wrap individually in foil.
place on the bbq on the top tray.
after 5 minutes
- take your chops & brush them with oil/sprinkle one side with chicken steak spice & cajun spice.
-place your chops on the bbq for 5 minutes/ flip over for another 5 minutes.
thats it.
remove your portello mushrooms & your chops into your plate.
total time for all 15 minutes. done.
