I have been an IKS66 subscriber for a few months now. On the whole I have been very happy with the service.
However I think it important that I warn potential subscribers about the disappointing support I have recently recieved from the group.
Last month I renewed my subscription for 3months. The full payment was taken from my account, however only one month's credit was applied to my route. Consequently my route expired after 1 month and my service was stopped. I wrote to IKS66 support informing them of the mistake and sending them my order number, they siad they would "look into it". After six days without service and severial attempts to get a response from the support team, they eventually got back to me to say "sorry, we are looking into it" .
After looking back on my credit card reciepts I also discovered that severial months ago I was charged twice for a single order.
So while the IKS service itself was great, the payment system and support team leave a lot to be desired. I have been without service for a week now, so unfortunately I feel compelled to warn any potential future subscribers to consider using an alternative to the IKS66 team.
