NFPS / Private pls help, I have not be able to watch any channels

I was contacted through the mail. I rebooted portal, restarted device but nothing. I am able to access it but can not watch any channels.
Error link status down in setting under PPPOe

and there is nothing on the home media or the channels list. This happened since the update to the version 218. I don't know what I am doing wrong.

Can someone pls help me? I received constantly to check it should work, but I think it is something in my setting.
