hi i have this message on my 2 mag254 for two days but my iks receiver works well with same donation i reboot the box same problem i need some help thanks

not working i go to my status i erase my mac adress and i write my same mac adress and submit i restart the mag254 always the same message
please contact your provider......
go to route checker change/mac address and change one number when it say successful change it back to the original Mac address from you mag box. After that one say successful now restart the portal on your mag box

Put u mac address back in and click on submit make sure u put the dotes and numbers in it may take a second or two for it to take holed when it goes through the screen should rest
tried that................won't take my mac address......says mac already exists.............never had a donation linked to this mac ever before..........
go to route checker with your number donation after change the mac adress changed the last 6 numbers after check that change was made after rewrite your true last 6 numbers of your mac adress restart System that's all
Don't know what rout checker is...I'm using rocket donations and all i can do is check donation..check mac and link mac
If I check my mac from the box...it says it already exists.............if I try to link the mac ..it says it is already in use....that is with my real mac and the one I made a mistake with......(off one digit) if I try to put a fake one in to link with changing the last 6 digits....it accepts it...but when I change it to my real mac......it says mac already exists...........does not change..........
