Package installer stuck

Is this normal ? Are there tricks to get it going ? I filled out the bug form but I am disappointed as I read great reviews on this box and I can't even get to first base without a complete package install.

did you do a box reset and are you talking about the plus box?

Yes it's the plus and did do one reset. Out of curiosity I used Ethernet instead of wifi and the packages installed instantly.

I'm not that far from my router. How's the wifi on this thing ?

I wouldn't be too concerned. After a factory reset, TVOnlineSys got stuck installing but after a reboot it completed successfully.

i tested this box over 25 times on reset i know that works
