Rocket Order not recieved

Ordered 3 new rockets on 1/14 and yet to receive e-mail. Checked my CC and order has been processed.
Any help appreciated.

I sent a PM with detail to Crazed lets see what happens. Ive noticed in the past you would get an order number immediately after purchase even if you never received an email which is really all someone needs. this time the page after confirmation just turned into an error. I have verified with CC payment have been accepted.
maybe error has to do with the new URL change.
