Rocket Order help

I completed an order via the rocket site and sent payment, but didn't realize I needed to write down the order number. I've gotten no reply from rocket at all since my payment was completed.

It can take up to 48 hours to receive the order particulars. However, it usually takes less time than that. If you don't receive confirmation within 24 hours, try another message here.

The always important advisory: Be sure to check your spam folder to make sure the e-mail didn't get routed there.
