What you see in the post is all the author has released. You might want to try the win32 to see if it will work, but you are on your own on that. You may just want to install a plain ole Kodi 14.1 instead of openelec.
Openelec is for Linux O.S.. You can install Openelec on a usb flash drive and make it bootable on your p.c..
Since it will automatically open to Kodi without booting up to Windows first it would open up faster and operate more quicker.
I think only Kodi 14.0 is the latest version for Openelec 5.0.
