Director: John Swab
Writer: Scott Caan
Staring: Scott Caan (as Jackie), J.K. Simons, George Carroll and Frank Grillo
"Jackie Powers will stop at nothing to prevent his son from following him into a life of crime. With his mob employer in pursuit, a chance encounter at a roadside diner charts a new path"
I liked this flic, as I usually do like Caan's acting.
Caan also wrote this script.
He is much like his dad (James Caan) and with every new movie he is in, he gets more and more like him, in looks and demeanor.
Starts out with Jackie looking like a desperate criminal looking for a way out, or in, depending how you see it.
It's a trippy movie. Kinda comical but more drama mixed with criminal activity, and even some boxing skills we get to see displayed by Jackie
Deserves a good rating as I see it
