Nothing but a blue bar

I'm new to all this..please tell me how to reset portal
push 3rd button down on right side of remote(setup).scroll down to restart portal.let it try to start, if u don't get yellow bar going across,repeat restart portal.it will load yellow bar sooner or later... just keep trying.Once connected wait until u dont see (connection problem) in red at top of screen, then enter a channel # and u should have something to watch until they fix the problems.As long as u dont see (connection problem) at top a screen,u should be able to change channels by using the up and down arrows on remote.If u exit to the vod channels u will loose ur connection and have to start over with loading portal.Hope this helps!

My neighbor's, cousin's dog called me this mornin' & said they had many "iptv" problems the last few days. Did all the resets, re links... jumped thru all the hoops, scratched all the flea's and was stuck on
username & password (kept coming up ERROR). Dog said they went to bed last nite & back online today! Good News after yesterday's announcement. Let's hope this is the "light" at the end of the tunnel

got one of my 4 mags to connect last night.....works very slowly.....always has connection problem message at the top....I'm not turning it off again so it will stay on, but like I said slow channel changes like ten seconds to change from one channel to the next.
vod works.
So at least it is still there, so lets hang in there....what else can we do :)
