All of my channels (trying to watch football) are all low definition. Is there a problem or anything I can do to fix this? Am I the only one with this problem? Many channels are not in hi def any more. Let me know, thanks

I'm using a nvidia shield. I am watching on ESPN, or on any other local channel. How the freak do I post a picture. It says (0, VIDEO, h264, N/A, 426 x 240) is everyone else getting hi def? And how do I post a pic?
