no video

Connects and I get all my channel listings like its going to come on but when I pick a channel it does not come on...no video just blank screen and no audio....

anyone ?

A black channel could mean the channel is down. But if all is down you probably need to do a iptv reset on papio website. If you have changed internet ip address it has to be reset EVERY TIME you change ip address. Its aggravating as heck.
