No video on screen Avov

I connect to server channels are displayed but neither live nor vod will play just blank screen with box buffering.I reset the box as well and nothing works I even reset Mac address

Ok I got the problem solved.I did every kind of reset and none worked.I was not getting any pictures just channels.I unplug the DSL cable from the modem and shut power off to modem and left it for about half hour then restarted the modem without DSL cable attached then reboot with DSL attached and that solved the problem.Thaks and hope this helps crazystar
