No tv guide avaiable

Hello,
I'm new here.
I tried to find an answer to my question... but i found nothing...
Why do my MAG250 don't have the EPG or TV Guide for all channels ? shall I install an addon ?

TV Guide seems unreliable to me. On any particular channel it sometimes works and sometimes not. Think you just have to get used to it but I too would hope for improvement.
