No sound

I have a Mygica 1800 with Kodi 17.1 krypton.
My problem is I have no sound and I see what
looks like a red horn with a red X sign in the upper
right corner of the screen, how can I get my sound
back--HELP???

do you have a mute button on remote or setting somewhereto turn it back on? i am not familiar with box but sounds like its shut off.

I don't think so I am using the Rii-i8+ for a remote?? does that help???

try settings -select wifi -go to advanced -go down to digital audio detection -if this is on turn it off-down again to digital audio output ,clic on it put it on pcm clic on it and then try .
