Hard to tell what's going on but I would double check your wifi or ethernet setup to make sure you are connected to the internet. Sometimes you might have to reboot your modem, wait until it has completed its boot up and then power up your router and let it complete its boot up and then power up whatever else you might have connected between your router and your Vixo 2. You may want to do another reset and then setup your Vixo 2 wifi or ethernet. Like I said its hard to tell what you have and what you don't but do another reset and reconfigure your internet connection, display, language and time settings as you did on your first initial Vixo 2 setup procedure.
