no luck

I have a mag 254 that was working after I put user name and password in .it quit two days ago and now when it boots up after unplugging from the back it says loading from nand.then it loads ta black screen whith a multi colored line halfway across the screen. when I hold the menu button down while plugging it in .I get a blue screen that says upgrade nenu,upgrade tools,def. settings ,exit and save,exit and discard.it does nothing. that is the only screen I can get, can anyone help

select nand2 when in blue screen save and exit.

When I load mine I get a blue seen with the stripe bar but the bar stays blue and does not turn yellow
