no connection?

i dont use this box often but its hooked with rockets.
i went it use it for vod an the spinner thing just spins,,, so tried live tv it just says connecting? it was fine a few days ago , i really didn't see anything on the site if this was a problem sooo

i have the paper receipt with order number but i dont see donation number?
