IPTV66 no audio

hi, i have a subscription to iptv66, the video works good, but im not getting any audio on any channels....im using the mag254. ive checked everything...reset....etc.....still no audio....if i switch to a different subscription (something other than iptv66) the audio works

any ideas?

Audio fine here. Not sure what's wrong.
