no audio to mag 254

hi i ve had my mag 254 box for over a year everything was working fine up until 2 weeks ago. i rebooted the box and now i have no audio to any channels or any other sources. any help would be great thx

I would try the following if you have not, reset the box by unplugging the power and plugging it back in, replace the HDMI cable, use the the secondary out put not (HDMI) and make sure mute is not on. go into settings and see if there is anything wacky with volume setting or source
