Hey guys,

New here as I just discovered IPTV and looking to eventually "cut the cord". I've tested a few local servers. Mainly one called IPTV Express which claims they have 4k/UHD channels that are available in Europe and Canada. But they do not work. Obviously a limitation of the emulator used.

Looking forward to learning and finding the best option for my needs.

Hi I am just new at this and someone has offered me a mag 254 that has already been programmed for 28 days. He wants 80 bucks Canada money for it. What should I be looking at I really do not want to get ripped of. He says it has 2 portholes and the second can be reprogramed.
