Hey, I am still trying to get logged on, I am at the blue screen. I tried to change my password, I got no response and no progress. I also did a reset, still blue screen. What else can I do??

Also, give more information. What app are you trying to use? Technically, your donation number is your password. You can't change that.

There's a bit of a learning curve using this service. We all went through it. Do some reading and you'll quickly make progress.
