We will be seeing 4 new BuzzTV devices coming this Sept and October.

-BuzzTV E1 Essentials TV Box
E1 Essentials TV Box is powered by Amlogic S905W SoC and is equipped with 2GB RAM DDR3, 8GB eMMC storage. Will support 2×2 MIMO Dual-Band AC WiFi, and Fast Ethernet. TV Box runs on Android 7.1
Compared to previous models, it will have the same features: 2×2 MIMO Wi-Fi as the 4500 series, same metal bottom with vents like 4000 / 4500 series, remote-as 4000 series, and the same App as 4000 / 4500 series (buzztv 4 app).

-BuzzTV VIDSTICK+ (ST4000 VIDSTICK Plus)
The main difference between VIDSTICK and VIDSTICK+ is the size of RAM and storage. BuzzTV ST4000 VIDSTICK+ HDMI Stick will have 4GB RAM DDR4 and 32GB eMMC storage. All other features are the same as in VIDSTICK.

-BuzzTV XRS4500 Max TV Box
XRS4500 Max will have the same features as the XRS4500 TV Box but will be equipped with 4GB RAM DDR4 and 128GB eMMC storage. The XRS4500 Max is also powered by Amlogic S905X3 SoC and runs Android 9.0

-BuzzTV XRS4900 TV Box
XRS4900 will be the most powerful TV Box in the BuzzTV portfolio, powered by the Amlogic S922X SoC. It will also be equipped with 4GB RAM DDR4, 128GB eMMC, and it will enable storage expansion with an additional 2.5″ SATA drive.
BuzzTV XRS4900 also has 2×2 MIMO 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Gigabit Ethernet, and Bluetooth.
Besides support for 2.5″ SATA HDD, the device also has Type C port, Universal Adaptor kit, MicroSD, USB (2x USB3.0,1 x USB2.0, 1x USB Type-C) Optical output.

I am in the market to upgrade my MAG254, it would be nice to get the xrs4900 (price depending of course) but since my primary reason for getting the unit is to connect to this iptv service and not to surf the net with it, play games or add Kodi etc, can anyone tell me if the XRS4900 is as simple to connect or do I have to download players / stalker software.

Do any of the new boxes have built in Chromecast..............?........My St4000 regular stick does not have live-tv (my choice) ...wanted to Cast ESPN last night from my phone to the stick but could not......I know my Nvidia Shield box has built in Chromecast.....

yohancw had sent me a PM earlier, which I missed till just now.
He had been wondering if the box had either Stalker or Ministra onboard, as he was doing his research and saw that Ministra may not be supported.

The BuzzTV boxes have their own application for server setups, and this particular Buzz box uses the 'buzztv4 app' for that purpose (as apposed to Stalker)

-BuzzTV E1 Essentials TV Box
and the same App as 4000 / 4500 series (buzztv 4 app).

Hope u all safe ...
Just a quick question, u guys think the 4900 model dimensions will be big due to be able for the user add a 1Tb hdd to it ?

Pretty much the same size as other BuzzTV Boxes, except looks like it is a bit taller.
The picture below shows that. You can tell the size similarities by how big the USB ports are compared to the box itself.

Looking at the Pic crazed 8.4 posted, there seems to bee a Panel below the Ports that can Open Up...
