New and can't find donation

Hi there I am new in here, I have been using papiao.is before, my tv was working fine, until days ago
i tried to log in today and is asking me for Authentication. But unfortunately got an error (never happens before, purchased two orders) so I decided to go into papiao.is and do a reset.
But at the papiao.is site is telling me that "there is not match with the information provided" as I mentioned prior I have two orders. One is matching, but the other with the error is not.

Please kindly advise what should I do or who should I contact, I hope I am in the right place, I am New in Here.
