New 254 box having trouble setting up

Watched video and did set up checked and rechecked
I get page loading error please check the connection and the page url
Tried http.//p1.iptvrocket.tv/c/index.html
Read we're it was changed to New url same as above except for index.html
Still get same message I'm lost please help.

Yes it is the url with the donation
i watched Vidio on utube they used cod123.biz:88 I tried it and the authorization came up
when I use rocket url all I get is page loading error try again

Found the problem went out and purchased a new wifi router and all works fine new router has new IP address so alls good
