IPTV66 Need help resetting my service(MAC)!

I need some help friends. I have a yearly sub for stalker. I have a donation#, order# and mac. I am getting auth fail all of a sudden last week. For the life of me I cannot reset my mac like I have been able to in the past. I got my sub from a reseller. When I go to the reset link for IPTV66 posted here and enter my don# where it says 'route checker'. I get a red box message like this: How do I reset my MAC?

I hope your reseller didn't stiff you with a route that expired, or changed the route number (yes... they can do that with the reseller panel). There is nothing we can do to help if that was the case. The order number could be used to track back to the reseller though if its real ... check with a supermoderator for help.
