Need a little support with MAG254

Can't attach my MAC to the route due to error.
Can't look up the error anymore because I can't search my route any more after trying too many times.
Box is not even accepting my user and pass / route it just says "error" in the upper right part of window.

Need a little help attaching my MAC to my route

Would also like to confirm I need to both assign my MAC and enter my route as credentials need to know if both steps are still necessary.

the mac that you need is on the bottom of the mag 254 when you go to site search donation enter order number and user name just enter mac on the bottom of the 254 end hit sumit you have to wait 24hours now to try again

Do I still use the address on the bottom of the box if i have a wireless adapter on it? My router picks it up as a different mac now because i an using the wireless adapter.

yes use the mac address on the bottom of the mac to link to your route dont use wireless mac address

Apologies if this is not in the correct forum. I was watching a channel when I accidently hit the timeshift button and now when I go to the same channel it constantly plays the bit that was timeshifted.
How can I get the live channel to play normally again. Box is a MAG254
