I have a MyGica 586 ATSC, I purchased to use on a Samsung TV with crappy IPTV and a weak ATSC TV tuner. The MyGica is perfect except for one crucial issue, The included remote causes both of my security DVR's infrared. causing popup boxes.

change the IR interference issue? I have tried a 2.4ghz universal TV box remote. but unable to turn box on without the original remote. Please tell me what can be done?
