Hi,

I beleive I have an issue with authentication as well. I tried linking my MAC address and believe I found the issue:

My issue is that my box Mag address is in lower caps and the one on the route # is in CAPS, I am not able to change the caps to lowercaps on the Mac address change section. Any suggestions?

Caps is not the problem or every mag box would have the same problem as you. make sure you type the mac correctly and do a reset

You have reached the maximum searchs per day, please try again in 24 hours. !
