Rocket msnbc missing

For about a week msnbc will not load on my mag254 or avov.

I reset my avov to factory setting and reloaded. msnbc 209 does not come up on channel list also only have 2 adult hd channel.

any info would be appreciated

MSNBC is down and there is nothing you can play around with to get it back up.. You have to wait for it to be put back up on the server... Also HBO east is working fine, if you are looking to see if there is an issue with a channel look in the channel issue forum
