IPTV66 mpeg2 audio out of sync

Hi i am new to iptv tell me is there a fix for this issue or do i live with this??seemed fine when it was mpeg3 but man this is driving me nuts pretty much useless if the audio dont match the video please help in letting me no on possible solution for this
