Mode not Supported

I change the resolution on my box 254 and i get the message Mode not Supported and i can not get change back how can i accomplish this to fixed ?

Plug in composite cables to tv you can then go to settings to adjust your resolution.

on the back of the Mag , you'll see a small port labeled AV
That's the connection. You need a cable that goes from that one connection into the 3 cables (White and Red for Audio and Yellow for Video)

the male/female connections might be incorrect for your TV, but the picture shows the cable type

That 1x3 cable came with my mag254 you should have it.

yes i did change the cable but can't get to the settings menu ?

Can you try on a different TV? to reset video.

get into the bios menu by holding the button with the 3 dots and lines while you reboot

I change the video settings but when it reboot i get the message tftp load and it stays there ...

Sorry but what you mean I just tried it and it worked here, maybe use a Firefox browser, I use IE and it worked here.

what I don't understand is why would you use composite cable (analog) instead of an hdmi cable (digital), since you have a smart tv i'm 99.99% sure it has at least one hdmi input, the only thing I could see being wrong is if its a 720p tv and you set it to 1080p

Well "not supported mode" means its in analog pal mode which the hdmi do not support on most tv's

Go to bios settings agian bootmode:nand2 save&exit .
