Hey guys I'll like some help with this issue, I have done everything possible to resolve this situation and still receiving this message. i did a MAC register at the website, change the numbers and still nothing

what receiver or application is being used ?
What MAC prefix is being used ?
00:1A:78 or 00:1A:79 ?

Is a Mag 250 with a MAC prefix
00:1A:79

correct prefix is used, so that not the issue.


Do not know what you may have all done, but is donation still active ?

Did you make sure tha Mag was off when you were making changes at the Donation Checker? It can make a difference.

Donation still active and I did a total reset of the box i wait 24 hrs before I changed back to the original MAC while the box was disconnected
