Mag322 W1

I know this is not the right section but there is no Mag322 section yet.

I recently bought 2 Mag322 W1 and one of them has problems with turning on and off. I contacted the vendor of course they don't want to do anything about it forget about a refund or replacement. They told me to contact Informir for an RMA.

So what do I do? Can anyone tell or PM how to proceed for an RMA if it's even possible since I did not buy it from Informir.

I did buy it from an authorized Mag dealer.

Anybody here ever deal with Informir.

The RMA is explained when you find the option for it.
