I'm having issues with the sound going up and down. I constantly have to keep adjusting the sound. My firmware is up to date but the problem is still there any ideas of how I can fix this?

check that the VOLUME on the STB is 100% ,and then program your remote to use the TV VOLUME
dont cut the STB volume ..

Usually there are multiple inputs going into a TV such as PS3, IKS, cable, set top boxes, OTA, iptv, dvd players etc. and each one has different volume settings, to make things even more complicated, channels within each input mentioned vary so it is a juggling act to get the volume just right.

Does it happen when you change channels? If so HD channels have lower volume than digital channels.

It happens on any channel that I watch I'll turn the volume up a little and it will be OK for a bit then the volume will go higher so I turn it down and it will be OK for a bit and then the volume will go lower. Its like this constantly drives me crazy sometimes lol .
