You need to connect the internet to the box

i have connected internet i even bought new ethernet cable still says internet off ethernet off i think the connection for mag i s bad any advice big daddy thannks

go to inner portal then setting then system setting then network wired ethernet hit auto dhcp then reboot mag 254

its just not recognizing internet my internet and cable are fine guess box connection fked up

you may need to reboot computer -router and mag.

if wireless, don't forget the adaptor..

had this for 4 months now its not working says internet off on portal page wont load

Connect a PC to the cable to make sure it's working
