Reboot unit hit menu on your remote while box is loading nowyour in bios look for boot change to nand2 save and exit.

Most likely software is corrupted needs to get installed manually with usb stick.

1. Download 2 files

2. On USB-drive, the file system FAT32, create a directory
mag250
3. Put files bootstrap and imageupdate to directory mag250 on USB flash
WARNING! This files must be named as
bootstrap
imageupdate
withoit extension!
4. Put your USB flash to rear USB connector on STB.
5. Unplug power of STB. Press and hold “Menu” button on RC (direct your RC to STB).
Plug power on STB with holding “Menu” button. Hold “Menu” button during 10 seconds.
You can see BIOS menu of STB.
6. Select “Upgrade Tools”, pressing enter on the remote control to the right
7. Select “USB Bootstrap”
8. Connect the USB flash drive and click OK to confirm the beginning of the update process
9. Wait for the update, STB will reboot.

no need, boot to BIOS menu, make sure your on NAND not NAND2 and your video is NTSC, you can also update from there or from inner portal if you can bring it up in menu, thks..
