Mag254 not working. Need help.

On Monday while watching the NFL game the channel went blank. All channels are blank now and the VOD is not working for me. It's been two days without TV. I reload portal several times and I noticed that the yellow bar takes very long to load. I also rebooted the box several times and it didn't fix anything. My donation was purchased since February so I know it still active. Can anybody help me please.

yes , Updated about 2 weeks ago.

How do you know your dination is active? Go and check it.

I did check it and says 93 days left.

FIXED...........Check internet speed and it was less than 2 mb. Rebooted modem and it came back to regular speed (15 mbs). Everything works fine now. Thanks to those who tried to help me.
