mag254 black screen, nothing

been working great since feb. on my 50" , went black last night, nothing, connect to my 42"
rolling bad, real bad, it will boot up, no color ,rolling to fast to do anything, just put update 12
2 days ago. also put 12 in my other 254 box on the 42". it's working on both tv's. no problems
all help will be appreciate wine

appreciate that, i knew that's what i had to do but i forgot pushing red 1 after 10 sec, worked like a charm.
